Our delivery team is committed to providing transparency throughout the production and delivery process, while keeping customers informed along the journey via our Customer Portal.
Here are the order stages customers can expect after pre-ordering a Vestaboard:
- Create a username and password to access our Customer Portal. The same username and password can be used when you download the official mobile app to control messages sent to your Vestaboard after delivery. We recommend using the same email address that was used to pre-order. If you don't see your order details once logged into the Customer Portal, our support team is happy to update on your behalf.
- Confirm the shipping address tied to your order(s). If you've not yet added a shipping address or need to change what was previously provided, you'll be able to do so within the Order Status Details section of the Customer Portal.
- Your final balance will be prepared internally by our team once your shipping address is confirmed. This balance will include the appropriate shipping fees and local taxes for your region. Shortly before your Vestaboard is scheduled to be produced, we will notify you via email of your final balance. Do not worry if your order remains in this preparation stage for some time.
- Make your final payment in the Customer Portal to confirm your order. For select international customers where duties and/or taxes are not collected as part of our order confirmation process, we will do our best to estimate the amount that may be collected by your courier service at time of delivery. Please note that you will be liable to pay any inbound duties and taxes which your local customs authority deems appropriate*.
- Your order is officially confirmed once payment is received in the Customer Portal. It will be processed for production and delivery within 90 days of final payment.
- Next, your order status will move to In Production and our manufacturer will prepare your Vestaboard for shipment to the appropriate regional warehouse.
- You'll receive an Order Shipped email with tracking information once your order departs from its regional warehouse. If you have purchased a white glove installation, our local partners will be reaching out to schedule the best installation time for your schedule.
