Our delivery team is committed to providing transparency and keeping our customers informed along the way with important Delivery Update emails. Your order will go through the following steps after purchasing your Vestaboard:
- Your order is confirmed after purchase and your Vestaboard will be processed for production. Estimated delivery timing is provided below the Add to Cart button at checkout.
- Next, your order will move to Production and our manufacturer will prepare your Vestaboard for shipment to the appropriate regional warehouse. You will receive an email once your Vestaboard has left the partner factory and is officially on the ocean.
- A final address confirmation email will be sent when your order has arrived at the shipping port and is close to departing for the regional warehouse (for final distribution). This is the time to make any corrections or changes to your delivery address. Note that once your Vestaboard has shipped from the regional warehouse, we cannot make any further shipping adjustments to your delivery address.
- You’ll receive an email with tracking information after your order departs from its regional warehouse. If you have purchased a white glove installation, our local partners will be reaching out to schedule the best installation time for your schedule.
