Introducing a softer way for your messages to arrive

Vestaboard and Vestaboard Note are now shipping with Wave as the default transition, for a softer experience every time your Vestaboard updates.

The new Wave transition moves across the display from left to right, so each message builds instead of arriving all at once. At Gentle speed, each column completes before the next begins, reducing the sound to a flutter, even for larger messages and designs.

This makes Vestaboard more supportive for smaller or quieter spaces. Your messages arrive with the same presence, but a softer sound.

Alongside Wave, Drift moves right to left with the same fluid motion in reverse, and for Flagship displays, Curtain animates columns from the outside toward the center for a dramatic reveal. All three transitions can run at either Fast or Gentle speeds, giving you the option to choose exactly how your messages move.

Classic, the original transition, is still available for anyone looking for a bold, attention-grabbing update.
