Why are you raising prices, and what goes into the cost of Vestaboard+?
Vestaboard+ has grown from 100 to over 450 channels since launch. Supporting this growth requires licensed data, reliable infrastructure, and ongoing software development. The price update ensures we can maintain existing features, build new channels and integrations, and invest in the team and systems that keep Vestaboard+ running smoothly.
Will the price increase again next year?
This is the first price increase since launching in 2022 and we don't have plans for another increase in the near future. Our goal is to price Vestaboard+ thoughtfully and make changes only when truly necessary. If you'd prefer complete peace of mind, the 3-year extension guarantees your pricing through at least 2029.
How do I switch to the 3-year option?
You can purchase the 3-year extension any time before your renewal date. Once processed, we'll extend your current term with no additional action needed on your part.
Does this apply to both Flagship and Note?
Yes. The pricing update applies to Vestaboard+ memberships for both Flagship and Note customers. Reach out to our team for volume pricing if you own more than one display.
Do I need to purchase a Vestaboard+ extension for each Vestaboard I own?
Each Vestaboard display requires its own Vestaboard+ extension. However, reach out for volume pricing if you own more than one display.
Can I extend for just 1 year at the original rate?
To keep pricing simple and consistent, the legacy rate is offered through 3-year extensions. If a longer commitment isn't right for you, reach out to our team.
Do you offer discounts on the $119 annual plan?
We understand that price changes can be challenging and want to support as much as possible. We created the 3-year lock-in option specifically to help members keep their pricing low. At $80.75 per year, it is designed to offer the most value over time.
Why don’t you offer a monthly plan?
We've found that an annual model lets us keep pricing simpler and invest more consistently in the platform, rather than optimizing for short-term usage.
What happens if I do not extend for 3 years?
Your Vestaboard+ membership will auto-renew at the current annual price (+ taxes) using the payment method on file.
Does this affect my current billing cycle?
The new price applies starting at your next renewal if you choose not to extend in advance.
If I cancel my Vestaboard+ renewal now, can I come back later?
You're always welcome back! If you cancel and rejoin later, your membership would renew at the current price available at that time. If keeping the lowest rate matters to you, we recommend locking in the 3-year option before your renewal date. You can cancel your Vestaboard+ auto-renewal in the Settings tab of the mobile or web app following these steps.
