How do I opt out of auto-renewal for Vestaboard+?

Your Vestaboard+ billing can be managed in the Settings tab of the mobile or web app.

Vestaboard+ membership automatically renews for additional year after your original 1 or 3 year term has expired. If you prefer to manually renew your membership after each period, owner permission levels or any user logged in with the original email address used to purchase Vestaboard+ can manage membership details by following the steps below.

Within web.vestaboard.com:

  1. Switch to your intended Vestaboard by clicking the dropdown in the top right corner next to your name initials.
  2. Once managing the intended Vestaboard with an active Vestaboard+ membership, click on the torch icon located on the left sidebar to access Vestaboard+
  3. Select the Billing tab, select Cancel Membership.

Within the mobile app:

  1. Tap the gear icon to access the Settings of the current Vestaboard you are managing.
  2. Within Settings, tap the arrow next to Vestaboard+ to manage your plan. 
  3. From the Manage Vestaboard+ page, scroll to the bottom and select Cancel Membership.

If you choose to cancel your membership renewal, you can continue using Vestaboard+ until the end of your current billing period.

Keep in mind that cancelling your auto-renewal will not automatically refund your purchase. If you purchased Vestaboard+ and decide it's not for you, you have 10 days after activation to request a refund. Learn more at vestaboard.com/legal.
