We're excited to unveil the all-new Vestaboard mobile app, redesigned from the ground up to be faster, more intuitive, and ready for what's next.
After more than a year of development, we've rebuilt the entire app architecture to create a more flexible platform that better supports how people use Vestaboard every day. This foundation sets the stage for everything we're building, including Vestaboard Note, set to ship later this year.
Here's what's new and improved:
A more interactive home screen
We've completely reimagined the home screen to make your Vestaboard easier and more enjoyable to use. The new card layout responds to your touch, tabs let you swipe between core features, and smart controls appear automatically whether you're pinning messages, scheduling for later, or adjusting settings in the improved Live On view.
Search that helps find inspiration
Our new search section goes beyond just finding what you're looking for. It helps you discover content you'll love. Whether you want to find an old message, explore new templates, or browse community favorites, the new search organizes everything clearly and lets you filter results so you spend less time hunting and more time creating.
Better tools for creating messages
We've added several features that make composing messages more flexible. Schedule messages to appear at specific times, pin important ones to stay visible longer, and choose how your text aligns. The Templates section has been refreshed with better organization and filtering. Plus, you can submit your own template suggestions directly from the app.
Enhanced experience for Vestaboard+ members
Browse and send content without having to install channels first, find popular picks from the community, and share the same content across multiple Vestaboard displays using our new streamlined mirroring settings.
Notifications that matter (without the noise)
The app now sends helpful updates based on how you actually use Vestaboard. Get tips about new features, highlights from the community, and important platform updates, all personalized to your preferences and delivered without cluttering your experience.
Control how your Vestaboard updates
Choose how your Vestaboard transitions between messages with new animation styles and speed controls. Whether you prefer subtle changes or the classic effect, you can now customize both the visual transition and speed of Vestaboard updates.
What this means going forward
This release represents a new chapter for Vestaboard. The rebuilt architecture allows us to develop new features faster and respond more quickly to what users want to see next. As we prepare to launch Vestaboard Note later this year, you can expect the pace of innovation to accelerate.
