Paying your reservation balance / delivery dates

Thank you for being our customer and for viewing your personalized portal! Please have a look around as we continue to build out this space for you and our Vestaboard customer community, and which will carry into our mobile app at launch. In this portal you can learn more about our production process, sign up to be a beta user of the app that controls (as well as visually simulates) Vestaboard, view your order details and balance payment options, and more.

We have reservations representing over $3.6 million in sales, which is exciting, and whether you have paid all or part of your total Vestaboard order, we thank you so much!

You are under no obligation to pay your remaining balance (if any) until we provide you with a more exact timing estimate as we continue through production. By paying all or part of your pre-order balance now, you can help us forecast with more confidence and allow for a smoother manufacturing and delivery process. I encourage you to read our production update so that you have good context for the production updates to follow.

We have also set up the ability for you to pay installments online anytime if you'd prefer to break your balance into smaller amounts along the way. You can choose to pay 25% or 50% of any outstanding balance $250 or greater (for example if you have $1365 outstanding you could choose to pay $341.25 now, another 25% in the summer and the balance when you are provided an exact production date for your Vestaboard order).

At the time you placed your reservation, we added it to a shipment group as shown on your order(s) here in the portal. There are currently 8 shipment groups, and we will continue to hold your spot in your shipment group (even if you do not pay your balance early). As we provide your actual production date for your Vestaboard(s), we will then be prioritizing shipments of fully paid orders and collecting shipping / taxes as applicable.
