What best practices should I follow while setting up my Vestaboard Note?

1. Pick your perfect place: Vestaboard Note is designed to adapt to your style. It can sit beautifully on a countertop or tabletop without the frame, or be mounted on the wall with the frame for a more classic look. If you choose one of our recommended installations to conceal the power cord, a recessed or horizontal outlet is required. You also have the option to purchase a longer power cord for added flexibility.

2. Designate a device "Owner": Once powered on, a 7-digit pairing code will appear on your Note. This code is only used to register your device and does not connect it to an internet network. It is important that only one person enters this code, they will become the “owner” of the Note. Once setup is complete, additional users can be invited inside the app.

3. Be patient when connecting to Wi-Fi: The time it takes for your Note to come online can vary depending on your network. Please avoid making multiple attempts in the first 5 minutes or deleting your device in the app to restart the process.
