How do I add users to my Vestaboard?

Owner and Admin permission levels can invite others to join a Vestaboard. With additional users added, your Vestaboard becomes a shared space where everyone can contribute, schedule messages, and keep your Note or Flagship dynamic and engaging.

How to add a user:

  1. Open Settings by tapping the gear icon.

  2. Scroll to Users and select Add User.

  3. Choose a role for your invitee:

    • User: can send messages, schedule, browse Today's Picks, and view History

    • Admin: all User capabilities, plus device settings management

  4. Enter the email address and tap Add User.

The invited user will receive an email invitation to join your display.

If the user already has a Vestaboard account, the new display will appear automatically in their list on next log-in. If they don't have an account, they'll be prompted to sign up to accept the invitation.
