Find Your Anchor, a recent Inspire Community recipient, is a grassroots movement aimed at suicide prevention, awareness, and education. With creativity and a personal touch, we aim to support those who may be struggling and de-stigmatize conversations surrounding suicide and mental health.
Find Your Anchor is all about the power of the little things - called "anchors." Inside each of FYA box is a deck of 52+ Reasons to Live cards, full of anchor ideas and inspiration (ie. a smile from a stranger, steak tacos, lazy Sundays, Home Alone 2: Lost in New York).
