To be eligible for a return, your request must be within 30 days and Vestaboard must be returned in the same condition as received, in its original packaging.
If you no longer have the original packaging, replacement packaging can be shipped for $175.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To ensure the Vestaboard is returned in the expected condition, please first watch our instructional video and then complete the required Return Checklist below.
Return Checklist
☐ I have the base padding behind the backplane.
☐ The original vertical rails and their associated bolts and washers are included.
☐ I have kept in or re-inserted the padding strips between each row of Bits.
☐ I have placed the protective pad over the top of the backplane.
☐ I have included the original 20" power cord in the designated slit on the base padding.
☐ I have placed the aluminum frame back in its designated sleeve.
☐ I have placed the sleeved frame over top of backplane padding.
☐ I have placed the top protected padding over the top of the sleeved frame.
☐ I have placed the wall mount box back into the pre-made slit in the top protected padding, with all of the included parts below included inside the box:
☐ I have placed the Vestaboard cut sheet over the top of the protected padding.
☐ I have securely closed the inner box with all of its components protected inside.
☐ I placed a snug outer box over the top of the inner box with plenty of tape.
☐ I have removed any past shipping labels and have applied the provided return shipping label.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
