How can I create and use a digital Vestaboard?

Create a virtual Vestaboard Note or Flagship to preview messages, test integrations, share content, and get started before your physical display arrives.

A Digital Display is a virtual version of Vestaboard that you can use in the Vestaboard mobile app or at web.vestaboard.com. No physical Vestaboard required.

Use your Digital Display as a Vestaboard simulator to create and preview messages, test API integrations, and share your content online. If you purchase a physical Vestaboard later, you can pair it with your existing Digital Display without starting over.

  • Get started before delivery: Create messages and set up API integrations while your Vestaboard is on the way

How do I create a Digital Vestaboard Note?
  1. Open the Vestaboard mobile app or visit web.vestaboard.com.
  2. Open Settings using the gear icon.
  3. Select Current Vestaboard.
  4. Select + Add Vestaboard.
  5. Select Note.
  6. Select Try digital version.
  7. Follow the prompts to finish setting up your Digital Display.
How do I create a Digital Vestaboard Flagship?
  1. Open the Vestaboard mobile app or visit web.vestaboard.com.
  2. Open Settings using the gear icon.
  3. Select Current Vestaboard.
  4. Select + Add Vestaboard.
  5. Select Flagship, then choose your preferred color.
  6. Select Try digital version.
  7. Follow the prompts to finish setting up your Digital Display.
How do I view or share my Digital Display?

The Publish section lets you create live links and website embeds that mirror the content on your Digital Display.

  1. Open the Vestaboard mobile app or visit web.vestaboard.com.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Publish.
  4. Choose the sharing option you want to use.

You can share a standalone browser link or embed your Vestaboard directly on a website. Both will update as the content on your Digital Display changes. Learn more about publishing and sharing your Vestaboard.

Can I connect a Digital Display to a physical Vestaboard?

Yes! When your physical Vestaboard arrives, you can pair it with your existing Digital Display without starting over:

  1. Open Settings using the gear icon.
  2. Select Current Vestaboard.
  3. Select the three-dot menu next to the board labeled Digital Display.
  4. Select Pair.
  5. Enter the pairing code shown on your physical Vestaboard.
  6. Follow the prompts to complete setup.
