What is Vestaboard Customer Stories Program?

This program was created to celebrate your creativity and inspire others, all while you earn extended access to Vestaboard+.

We love seeing how Vestaboard brings inspiration and connection to spaces. Now, you can earn up to a full year of Vestaboard+ access simply by sharing your photos, videos, and stories with us. 

How it works:

Whether you’re just getting started with Vestaboard or you’re a long-time curator, your experience can help inspire others. Share what makes your board meaningful to you and earn rewards along the way.

Reward tiers:

  • The Snapshot: Share a high-quality photo of your Vestaboard in your space and receive 30 days of complimentary Vestaboard+ access.

  • The Storyteller: Share 1-2 high quality photos, plus a short "Why I love it" story (2-3 sentences) about your favorite way to use Vestaboard and unlock 3 months of Vestaboard+ access. 

  • The Curator: Share 2-4 photos from different angles or showing different messages, along with a more detailed story about your Vestaboard experience and unlock 6 months of Vestaboard+ access. 
  • The Ambassador: Share a few beautiful photos, a short video (10-15 seconds) of your Vestaboard in action, and your Vestaboard story and receive 1 year of Vestaboard+ access on us. 
How often can I earn rewards?

  • Snapshot & Storyteller Tiers: You can redeem these rewards up to twice per calendar year. This is a great way to show off how your Vestaboard setup changes with the seasons or for special holidays!

  • Curator & Ambassador Tiers: You can redeem these rewards once per calendar year.

Have more to share? We’d love to see it! You can submit content at any time. Even if you aren't eligible for a credit at that moment, your story helps inspire the whole Vestaboard community.

How to submit:

To participate, simply visit vestaboard.com/customer-content and fill out the submission form. After submission, our team reach out to you to confirm any additional details to take your story live! After completion, your Vestaboard+ credit will be issued and applied to your board.

Content tips:

  • Lighting: Natural, bright light helps your Vestaboard (and the bits!) look their best.

  • Action: For video submissions, try to capture the flaps in motion—that iconic sound is half the magic!

  • Perspective: We love seeing the "bigger picture"—show us the room or environment where your Vestaboard lives.

Additional details:

  • By submitting your story, you grant Vestaboard permission to feature your content on vestaboard.com, use provided content in marketing materials, and/or edit written content format or length.
  • Your privacy and preferences matter, we will always respect your wishes to remain anonymous. 
  • Vestaboard+ credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
  • Vestaboard reserves the right to modify, change, update or terminate this program at any time. Vestaboard shall have the sole and exclusive right to resolve all disputes between two or more referrers or referees, and all determinations by Vestaboard shall be final and binding. Vestaboard reserves all of its rights under the Vestaboard Terms of Service and all other applicable Vestaboard policies.

The Vestaboard Community Reward Program Terms and Conditions ("Program Rules") govern your participation in the Vestaboard Community Reward Program. The Program Rules are in addition to any agreements between you and Vestaboard, including the Vestaboard Terms of Service, as applicable (collectively, the "Vestaboard Terms"). The Vestaboard Terms are incorporated by reference and shall apply to your participation in the Vestaboard Community Reward Program, including, if necessary, to resolve any disputes between you and Vestaboard related to or arising out of the Community Reward Program.
